Alumni's military service recognized on Veterans Day
Lt. Col. Steven Alexander, the head of Cornell Reserve Officers Training Corps, spoke at Cornell's Veteran's Day Ceremony, held Nov. 11 in Willard Straight Hall's Memorial Room.
Employees attend Benefair 2009
Approximately 500 staff and faculty members learned about the benefits that Cornell offers to them at the 2009 Benefair, held Nov. 11 in G10 Biotech. The open enrollment period ends Nov. 30.

Deadline for Endowed Benefits Open Enrollment Nov. 30 Almost Here
Monday, Nov. 30 is the last chance for endowed faculty and staff to:
- Enroll in, change, or drop health and dental plans for coverage effective Jan. 1, 2010. Note: If you do nothing, your current plan and elections will be effective for 2010.
- Enroll in Select Benefits Medical Care Reimbursement Account for 2010. Note: If you do nothing, you will NOT be enrolled in this account for 2010.
- Enroll in Select Benefits Dependent Care Reimbursement Account for 2010. Note: if you do nothing, you will NOT be enrolled in this account for 2010. All child care grant recipients must be enrolled in a Select Benefits Dependent Care Reimbursement Account in order to receive a child care grant.

Tompkins Cortland Community College (TC3) Mentor
